helpful staff cathedral view comfortable bed fresh breakfast
jp greeted us with umbrellas on arrival. laura at reception provided great assistance, useful information, and a friendly attitude. she arranged restaurant bookings and suggested local sights and attractions. our room offered a cathedral view, a large bed, and good toiletries. breakfast was freshly prepared and served hot.

accomodating staff great breakfast central location helpful staff
The staff accommodated a group member needing a private room for an online exam. I found that very thoughtful. breakfast had AMAZING food and the wedding food was great too. the hotel's location allowed me to walk around easily. the hotel staff were helpful answering all my questions.
The size of my beautiful king room felt cramped. It was smaller than i anticipated.

The room contained a king-sized bed ensuring comfort. It also included tea and coffee facilities. a smart tv provided entertainment options, and the bathroom had a rainfall shower. All of these aspects contributed to a great experience.

The breakfast buffet featured a generous selection, encompassing warm dishes and diverse choices. The staff supported me very well. i tried the eggs benedict. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly. the server was friendly as well.

My group of five friends found these arrangements very suitable. proximity to restaurants, bars, and the city walls made exploring easy. we found local advice from the team to be very helpful.

The hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. They go above and beyond to. patrick looked after our car and bags with efficiency. Such attentiveness contributed to a positive stay. the receptionist checked me in very quickly.

charming stay inside the walls
useful information central location
the staff were really good they provided useful information on local attractions. the hotel was modern and very clean. i especially liked that the location was very central and inside the city walls everything felt accessible.
i booked a beautiful king room but was disappointed by its small size it felt cramped. the bathroom had a shower over the bath and the rubber seal on the glass door was worn causing it to fall inward during showers.

the room included large windows and a charming window seat. a fireplace added character to the space. the decor seemed british and created a lovely atmosphere.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kaysi and Stephanie at reception offered great advice for local activities. I enjoyed the expertly made cocktails. The evening meal was decent, and breakfast had a flexible choice. It was well cooked and presented.
I booked a beautiful king room, but its actual size was disappointing. The room felt very cramped and small to me.

the team was accommodating. they offered local advice. we had the a la carte breakfast in the hotel it was delicious. we were within walking distance of good restaurants and bars.
